Whether you've long been a fan of Araki Kei's work or discovered it for the first time here, we were moved by how many people came. Children, adults in their seventies, and everyone in between.
"To weave is to speak."
True to those words, the ten days were filled with work being made and conversations being had.
Surrounded by vivid textiles and more thread than most of us had ever seen in one place, something kept happening, people found inspiration, their hands began to move, and they started talking to each other. We feel genuinely lucky to have shared that time with you.
